Refunds & Cancellations

Experience San Pedro has a straightforward refund policy that has been designed with our customers in mind. Full details of this policy are explained below.

Experience San Pedro reserves the right to vary or terminate the offered subscriptions and does not guarantee that a subscription will remain at its designated price point.

Ending your subscription

You may cancel your subscription to an advertising and/or listing campaign at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription from the Merchant Area. Canceling your subscription will result in the demotion of your account only after the time you have paid for has expired. On the last day of your remaining subscription you will not be charged to renew and your account will be demote to a free-level user account. There will be no refunds.

Customer satisfaction

If for any reason you are unhappy with any element of the subscription service, we will investigate every complaint and will endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Failed transactions

Please ensure that your payment card details are kept up to date. If our system is unable to process payment from your card, we regret that your account will be demoted to a free-level user account. To resume your subscription you will need to purchase a new subscription plan. If your subscription included an advertising campaign you will need to contact us to renegotiate the terms of said campaign.
